RBC: THE MORTGAGE 2.0
In 2013 we launched "RBC Films Presents" as a platform to dimentionalize the emotional need state and the process of buying your first home. The campaign was called, The Mortgage. This campaign leveraged the device of film trailers to bring to life the different emotions first time home-buyers (FTHB) experience on their journey.
Like the emotions people feel when buying their first home, the reasons for buying that first home also come in all shapes and sizes. Building on the success of The Mortgage 1.0, we decided to re-ignite the conversation around FTHB. RBC Films Presents, a story about family, brotherhood and about overstaying your welcome. From the people that brought you The Mortgage comes The House Guest - A Mortgage Story.
